Add W9 or Modify Existing W9
A new W9 will require the following fields:
- First & Last Name
- Address, City, State, Zip Code
- Business / Personal indicator (
business_personal) - TIN Type and TIN (EIN or SSN)
- Signature
Business entities (business_personal = 'B') require the following:
- Business Name
- Tax Classification
